His ambition was to create a restaurant that would bring joy to people’s lives through delicious food and warm service. Since its opening in, Aquitaine has been renowned for its traditional recipes, fresh ingredients and unique atmosphere – attributes that have helped it become one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the city.

Its menu includes classic French dishes like steak frites, mussels mariniere and bouillabaisse as well as an array of mouth-watering desserts. What makes Aquitaine special are not only its delicious offerings but also its charming ambiance which has made it popular among locals and visitors alike.
