In 1979, Jair Coser and his son Arri Coser opened the first Fogo de Chao restaurant in Atlanta. Since then, the company has expanded to more than two dozen locations across the United States, a new partnership with Macaroni Grill, and a thriving catering business.
Sticking to its Brazilian roots, Fogo continues to serve authentic Brazillian cuisine alongside other classic favorites like steak and ribs. Fogo can be found in the Brassey, Dillard’s, PetSmart and some other retail stores.
Fogo de Chao is the world’s largest churrascaria restaurant chain, with 26 locations in the United States, 2 in Canada, 1 under construction and 2 under development.
