Tom and Chee is a small, local chain of restaurants. They currently have a total of five locations, with four in Cincinnati and one in Louisville. The company began in 2009 when four individuals got together to start soliciting investors for the idea.
At first, they started with a food truck, but very quickly they realized they’d need to expand their options if they wanted to achieve their goal of becoming a full-fledged restaurant chain. However, Tom and Chee is definitely more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience.
Tom and Chee offers a fun atmosphere for their customers. The chefs are constantly making new dishes and experimenting with new flavors, so most days you can’t go wrong with the menu selections.
They also have items that are available daily, such as the famous mac and chee, which is macaroni and grilled cheese sandwiches made to order. They also offer wraps, sandwiches, pizzas, calzones, and desserts.
Because of their small size, their dishes tend to cost more per serving than larger chains. For example, a pizza at Tom and Chee will run $12-15 for a single slice as opposed to around $4 for a slice of pizza from Domino’s.
